With its Mediterranean climate and soil composition, Central Victoria, Australia is widely recognised as one of the best locations in the world for the cultivation of olive! The first plantation has thus been developed on a land comprising of more than 80 hectares at Muskerry East in Central Victoria.

Not only have we utilised the latest plantation design and intensive farming techniques, a fully integrated and automated Low Volume Irrigation (LVI) systems that can be operated from anywhere in the world via GPRS have also being installed, creating a modern olive plantation with a density of nearly 300 trees per hectare.

Olive varieties in this plantation will include both oil and table varieties of the highest grade in Australia.
